Many people are not familiar with what an "objective" actually entails. In fact, most people assume that resumes are nothing more or less than a "bloated" general application and that the only thing you really need to do with a resume is plug in your past work history and references for potential employers to contact. However, if that was the case, there would be no point to creating a resume at all. A resume is more of a self-promotion tool for a potential employee to use to entice a potential employer to check them out.
Of course, being an executive you dont have time to note your every move; however, its a good idea to keep track of the tasks that you complete as you complete them. You'll have a much easier time during your next job search if you do things this way, since you'll have more accurate information by writing everything down while it's fresh in your mind.
This idea applies equally for U.S. firms, even if they can't admit it on paper. For instance, if you're a skateboarding company, you don't want someone to walk into the interview room in a three-piece suit. You know that you're not going to hire them due to there being a complete miss in fit between job seeker and corporate culture, as the rest of the employees interviewed with nose studs or tattoo sleeves.
We must also include our personal information such as sex, marital status, religion etc. which is not mandatory to mention. So, we can skip it. We could mention our hobbies, not imperative, but worth mentioning on resumes, most of the companies across the world consider it positively.
