This is a red flag for the human resource manager, not simply because of the job hopper image, but also because the jobseeker doesnt take enough care to write a resume that speaks to who they are. Instead, they choose to put together a resume with language they think the human resource manager wants to hear.
The popular saying, Rubbish in, rubbish out? is very accurate when it comes to executive resumes. Dont be fooled into thinking that a broad, non-targeted resume provide you with greater opportunities for a wide variety of jobs. Contrary to that belief, you will get the opposite results - if you send an employer a resume that says you excel in sales, HR, technology, teaching, and training the only place your resume will go is in the trash pile.
But most job seekers just want to move on if they think that they are being discriminated against because it takes way too long to recruit an attorney, and the best payout you are likely to get is a year's salary -- which is cold comfort when you can never again find employment in that industry.
A teacher should have a accomplishment-based resume. Doesn't matter, if you are a recent graduate or a veteran teacher, you should mention the relevant accomplishments. A resume that shows your accomplishments, which also matches with the administration's requirements is likely to have sustained interest.
