Nothing will gain attention faster in a tight economy than telling an employer how much money you'll make for them. Many companies justify executive pay precisely on the ROI that they expect you to deliver.
Profile Summary: This section consist the description of candidates whole career details, experience, qualities, and skills. If the candidate is a fresher, then he / she should mention about the skills or abilities inclined towards the job in question, which he / she gained during their professional training. In any case one needs to keep in mind the limit for this section; it should not be lengthy and mentioned same skills monotonously.
2. If you're a management-level person, I recommend using a profile section, which has a heading such as "SALES EXECUTIVE," followed by a concise summary of your strongest, most relevant points-generally, not more than five or six lines.
This is the number one reason resumes fail. Entry level candidates fall victim to this flaw more often than more experienced workers but it's a more or less universal problem. If you've ever had to review literally hundreds of resumes in one sitting while looking for people with specific qualifications, you would understand why a too general resume is rejected almost instantly. If you don't know what you want to do, don't expect a recruiter to figure it out for you.
