Some of the hr managers only want to read the skill sets a job seeker has and nothing else. The other thing is to use Times new roman or Georgia font to be readable. Even other fonts like Arial and Thomas are also allowed in the resume. However, a person must stick to one to make it look good and attractive. If a person is applying for the post of graphic design, he must be able to prepare his resume creative to get employers attention.
As for literal "youth," if you don't have much on your resume yet, I see no reason not to leverage what you do have to work with.
As you prepare your BIO remember that you are making yourself more credible in the eye of the public so begin by making a list of things that are relevant to your experience. Think about what might appeal to your readers or what may be of interest to someone exploring or requesting your services.
