Most of the time when you hear the phrase Advanced Education, you think of Graduate, Medical or Business school. I am not saying that you have to go back to school, at least not right away, to find a new or better job. Always remember that knowledge is power, and the more you know the more valuable you will be to any company. A question I used to get commonly asked in job interviews was, "How have you been spending your time since graduation. Sleeping until noon, watching Netflix and applying to jobs via Careerbuilder for 10 minutes a day will not help you land the job that you want, nor will it ever sound impressive during an interview.
Also, because so few readers scroll down, you want to pad industry related jargon and objective sentences on the top of the resume, thus pushing the unrelated experience further down on the page.
Think about it. How often do you think about your heavy workload, mentally listing all that you need to do? By this point, probably hundreds if not thousands of times. This is the perfect time to note it all down. Copy your to do list, calendar, or project notes if you don't have time during the actual project to make a list of the accomplishment, and you can sort everything out later.
