Therefore, weight your resume accordingly. For example, your list of accomplishments should be more robust for recent roles. However, I suggest fewer substantial accomplishments will beat a long list of modest wins".
I am submitting my resume for consideration for the Licensed Practical Nursing position located in New Haven as advertised on jobsite.
6. Being overly broad. While I can certainly understand being open to a variety of positions, you can not come across as if you haven't a clue about what kind of job you want. Resumes that give no direction at all are generally useless. If you don't know what you are good at or what you want, you cannot expect a potential employer to figure it out for you.
