Try to be specific while mentioning your core competencies. Practically speaking, when it comes to write resume, you cannot add fillers. These fillers or irrelevant information would bog down or fail to impress the employer. Therefore, it is necessary to present detailed information only about your qualification, experience and practical knowledge you possess.
Even a straightforward written contract is smart to have. It doesn't have to be elaborate or written in legalese. A written agreement ensures that expectations are clear, and that policies and procedures have been explained and agreed upon. What services are included? Will the writer be writing a resume only or will they help with letters? Will you be given the actual document files at the end? What if you aren't happy? What are the guarantees? How many editing sessions are included? How and when does the writer expect to be paid? When can you expect the project to be complete?
Do not skip forward to another job from one thats title seem complicated. You might never know may be the job nature could suit you. So it is important that you survey all the promising looking jobs carefully and read the job descriptions too. Upon finding multiple convincing job openings, you should start with sending the employer something. If you will write down your profession specification according to the job advertisement, you have more chances to being read then others. For grabbing attention of the employer as soon as he sees your documents, make sure that you have targeted them all according to the job.
Certainly there are plenty of instances when including a picture with your resume can backfire. But to extrapolate from there to "never" is overkill.
